The hotel was located near the centre, historic Culross and the airport. Everyone was helpful. The room was well-appointed and complete with walk-in showers. Venue's location was peaceful and perfect, in the middle of jackson. Moreover, there was Market Cross of Culross, located quite close to the hotel.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes!

The value for our money was outstanding - the room and shared spaces were stunning and luxurious. The location in this cute historic town was a delightful surprise. The owner, Laura, was a fantastic host and made us feel right at home.
The breakfast menu could have been improved with more options for those who don't like smoked salmon.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered a double room. The private bathroom.
Sadly, there was no elevator.

Spacious rooms allowed our large family to relax comfortably after a day of exploring Culross. the breakfast spread catered to our children's fussy eating habits, and the washing machine was a lifesaver for messy adventures.
My wife says that more children's activities would enhance the family experience.

From the moment we arrived at this charming guesthouse, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The attention to detail in the beautifully styled house was impeccable. Our room was tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. We couldn't help but start planning our next visit within the first hour of our stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh croissants, homemade granola, and more. Laura, our host, was the epitome of hospitality, providing us with valuable tips and knowledge to enhance our trip. We even enjoyed a relaxing evening with a bottle of wine and a cheese board in the cozy lounge. The location was equally fantastic, with the stunning town of Culross nearby and Edinburgh just a short drive away. I can't recommend this place enough, it's definitely at the top of our list for future visits to Scotland.
While this place was near perfect, it was a bit odd that there was a curfew in place. Additionally, if you don't opt for the charcuterie board for dinner, the only other dining option in Culross is the local pub, which we found to have mediocre food.

What a fancy place! I felt like a queen with all the amenities and beautiful decor. The breakfast spread was a feast fit for royalty. Can't wait to return!
Oh, how bizarre that a guesthouse has a curfew. Guess they don't want me dancing the night away!

Comfortable room with plenty of space and a tasty breakfast to start the day right. the location is great, quiet, and smack dab in the middle of everything. Plus, it's just a hop, skip, and a jump away from downtown, the airport, and a cool local pub! 🌟

The Comfortable Seating Area: I could have spent hours lounging in the cozy seating area, binge-watching my favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. It felt like my own personal cinema, just without the overpriced popcorn!

Our stay at The Dundonald Guesthouse & Cottage was the highlight of our honeymoon. The flawless design, incredible host Laura, and comfortable rooms made it our absolute favorite stay. The showers were great, breakfast was wonderful with a good variety, and Laura went above and beyond by gifting us a bottle of local honey. We loved the location, which turned out to be a hidden gem. We will definitely come back if we're ever in the vicinity again.
We highly recommend this hotel.

the room was beautifully designed, with high attention to detail and a luxurious feel. the views from our room were breathtaking, and we were even provided with binoculars to fully appreciate them. the highlight, however, was the breakfast. A three-course meal consisting of assorted pastries, Greek yogurt with nuts and fruit compote, and smoked salmon and eggs on toast left us completely satisfied. Laura, our host, was warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay special. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.
